Ingredienti:
- 500g di carne macinata
- 300g di ricotta
- 1 uovo
- 2 fette di pancarré
- 2 cucchiai di parmigiano
- 100g di pancetta
- olive
- pomodoroni
- un ramo di rosmarino
- olio
- sale, pepe
Preparazione:
Mettete la carne e la ricotta in una ciotola, aggiungete l'uovo, il pancarré tritato, il parmigiano, sale e pepe. Formate con le mani umide il vostro polpettone e avvolgetelo con le fettine di pancetta. Mettete il polpettone sulla teglia ricoperta con la carta da forno, condite con un po' di olio, pomodorini, olive e rosmarino e cuocete al forno già caldo a 180° per 40 min. circa.
